Before the seminar there was chance to catch up with friends from other TKD groups, some who had been at the PUMA competition the day before, others had been training with Master Suska the day before! Needless to say there were a lot of creaky legs and warming up going on! Anyone who has trained with any of the Polish instructors will know that the sessions are usually very physical.
The 10 minute warm up left most people sweaty and in need of a drink, and was immediately followed with colour belt patterns practice, including some variations to make everyone think. After the colour belt patterns we progressed through the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree black belt patterns, practicing key sections and getting tips/corrections from Master Suska. The seminar finished with some high-tempo sparring drills and a brief discussion of set sparring and conditioning.

Well done to Mr T Bailey, Mr A Bailey and Miss Mohan-Singh for continuing to push their boundaries and expand their training horizons. I'm sure we all took lots away from the session.
