Master Gayle took the two hour session; starting with a light warm up and then some sparring drills focusing on movement. We then moved on to patterns, with the red belts and black belts taking turns performing and getting feedback. The session finished with some recapping of "freestyle" one-step sparring and a look at some possible new one-step attacking techniques.
We all had a great couple of hours, even if it was inside on one of the nicest Saturdays of April! And are looking forward to the next one.
